AGAP is designed to identify potential, not reward polished corporate answers.
The programme
What is AGAP?
The Alora Graduate Associate Programme is a structured 24–36 month development pathway across Alora’s Build, Preserve and Realise ecosystem.
How long does the programme run?
The proposed pathway runs for 24 to 36 months, moving from foundation and broad exposure into useful contribution and eventual specialisation.
Where will the programme be based?
The intended primary location is Windhoek, Namibia. Final working arrangements will be confirmed before the inaugural intake begins.
What areas of the Alora ecosystem will I experience?
Associates are expected to gain exposure to business building through Aurik, preservation and stewardship through Alora Financial Partners, and value realisation through advisory and transaction work.
Eligibility
Who may apply?
The programme is intended primarily for graduates from commerce and related disciplines. Final eligibility criteria for the inaugural intake will be confirmed before applications open.
Which qualifications are most relevant?
Relevant fields include Accounting, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, Business Management and related university programmes.
Do I need prior work experience?
Prior experience may be helpful, but it is not the primary selection criterion. Character, communication, curiosity, coachability, adaptability, commercial instinct and work ethic carry significant weight.
Do academic marks determine whether I am selected?
Academic performance matters, but it is a secondary indicator rather than the entire decision. AGAP is designed to assess the broader potential of each candidate.
Applying
Can I save my application and return later?
Yes. Create an applicant account, save your draft and return before final submission. The application also autosaves while you work.
What documents will I need?
You should prepare your CV, academic transcript, identity document and relevant qualification certificate. Optional references or supporting documents may also be uploaded.
Can I edit my application after submitting it?
No. Once finally submitted, the application is locked for review. Applicants should review every section carefully before confirming submission.
Will I receive confirmation?
Yes. A successful submission will generate an application reference and update your applicant dashboard.
Selection
What happens after I apply?
Applications will move through initial screening, selected assessments, an assessment-centre stage and leadership interviews before final outcomes are communicated.
What will the assessment centre evaluate?
The process is expected to assess commercial thinking, problem solving, collaboration, communication, character and values.
How many graduates will be selected?
The proposed inaugural intake is intentionally small, with two to three graduates, allowing meaningful mentorship and real responsibility.
How will I know the status of my application?
Your applicant dashboard will show your current status, and important updates or invitations will also be communicated by email.
